Primary School Teacher – Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately

These flexible opportunities are ideal for Primary School Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings. You will be supporting pupils in Lechlade and the surrounding areas, delivering high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school needs, as part of a Class Act supply role.

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the primary curriculum
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
• Assess and record pupil progress where required
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff teams
• Contribute positively to wider school life during longer-term placements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Adaptable across different schools and year groups
• Positive, organised, and committed to high-quality teaching
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, reliable, and flexible approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
