About the School

Position OverviewWe are seeking to appoint a Head of House to start in September 2026. The Head of House will lead, manage, and conduct the day‑to‑day operation of a boarding house, ensuring every student experiences a safe, supportive, inclusive and enriching residential environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and management of boarding house operations.
- Day‑to‑day oversight of student welfare and house activities.
- Maintain safety, support, inclusivity and enrichment of the residential environment.
- Relevant experience in boarding house/housemaster role or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and safe‑working protocols; enhanced DBS check required.
- Work authorisation to work in the UK (work visas not offered).
