Minimum of 17.5 hours per week – Grade 5, £10,408 – £10,573 pro‑rated per annum.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant to join our existing support staff team. The post is for a minimum of 17.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 12.00, with a possibility of some additional hours, dependent on pupil need.
Responsibilities
- Supporting teaching and learning under the direction of the class teacher, often as part of a lesson.
- Leading groups or working with pupils on an individual basis.
- Assisting in all aspects of children’s learning and pastoral care in line with the school’s ethos.
- Being a team player, calm and patient, with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills to support children.
Qualifications

This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process. The pro‑rated salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and includes appropriate paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements.
