Role Overview
We are seeking a new Pastoral Support Assistant to join our caring and successful Sixth Form team. This one‑year position has become available following an internal promotion to cover a maternity vacancy, offering an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking experience in a school before committing to teacher training, with the strong possibility of continuation after the year.
Responsibilities- Support all aspects of pastoral care, including welfare and attendance for Sixth Form students.
- Contribute to a caring and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Work during term time and one day for A Level Results Day, three days for GCSE Results, and one day for September INSET.
- Excellent communication skills.
