At Activate Learning, we are looking for a dedicated Electrical Installation Teacher to join our Construction and Engineering faculty at The Leys campus. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across Levels 2 and 3 courses, including Level 3 apprenticeships, preparing students for successful careers in the industry.

We offer both full-time and part-time working options for this role.

• Salary up to £43,869 per annum with a potential hard-to-fill supplement (dependent on qualifications and experience)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Level 3 or above full qualification in Electrical Installation (willingness to work towards an NVQ) and a JIB Gold card (desirable but not essential; willingness to work towards this)
• A teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one); previous teaching or training experience is desirable but not essential
• A passion for developing and nurturing future electricians
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
