Lecturer, Biology

The Department of Biology and Keble College are looking for a researcher to provide teaching in the MBiol Biology degree course. This is equivalent to 0.08 FTE of a departmental post (a 3‑hour stint).

The post is available from the start of Michaelmas Term 2026, with a possibility of renewal until the end of Trinity Term 2029.

• Year 1: "Diversity of Life"
• Year 2: "Organisms:
  Behaviour and Physiology"
• Year 3: "Advanced Animal Behaviour and Physiology"

This role is ideal for a researcher wishing to develop an academic career and will give the successful individual the opportunity to gain experience in teaching alongside their research work. The appointment will be made at the salary point in line with the employee's current contract.
