Your Role as SEN Teacher:
Provide tailored, individualised
instruction to students with special educational needs Work closely
with a team of SEN support staff to create and implement
personalised learning plans Encourage students to develop their
academic and life skills through engaging lessons Monitor progress
and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
Support students in their social, emotional, and personal
development Communicate regularly with parents and carers to ensure
