** What you'll be doing
** The Business Support unit is responsible for delivering the administration of the school. This function delivers administrative and organisational processes within the school, always maintaining confidentiality.

*** Good level of education or equivalent relevant work experience
* Sound administrative experience
* Experience of dealing with stakeholder and customers with empathy
* A clear understanding of data protection and GDPR in an educational setting
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Ability to manage workloads, delegating as appropriate
* A genuine passion for girls' education and a commitment to putting our girls first in all aspects of our work
* A robust awareness of keeping children safe, noticing safeguarding and welfare concerns, and understanding how and when to take appropriate action
* Calm and professional under pressure, with an ability to demonstrate sound judgement
