Position: SEND Teachers with QTS
Teaching Tomorrow are working closely with a number of supportive schools and specialist provisions who are seeking passionate and adaptable SEN Teachers with QTS to work across Primary and Secondary settings.

This is a rewarding opportunity for teachers who are committed to making a real difference to pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs, and complex learning difficulties.

Whether you're an experienced SEN Teacher or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into SEN, we would love to hear from you.

The Role Depending on the setting, you may be responsible for:

Teaching small groups or delivering 1:1 support

Planning and adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs

Supporting pupils with EHCP targets and personalised learning plans

Creating a safe, structured and nurturing environment

Working closely with SENDCOs, support staff and external agencies

Building positive relationships with pupils to support learning and emotional development

We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working with SEN pupils in a UK school environment (desirable, not essential)
A calm, patient and proactive approach

Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategiesA genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
