We are working with a range of primary, secondary and specialist settings that are seeking skilled SEND TAs who can provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential.

The role:
Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language needs.
Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions.
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to support pupil progress.
Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies.
Creating a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND.A patient, caring and adaptable approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work confidently as part of a team.
Experience with in schools, specialist provisions or alternative settings is desirable.
