Teaching Tomorrow is looking for a passionate and creative Drama Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Oxford on a long-term temporary basis, running until May.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic educator who can inspire students, build confidence, and bring the performing arts to life in the classroom.

The role:

Teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

Supporting students in developing performance skills and creativity

Contributing to school productions and extracurricular activities where possible

Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment

The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Have experience teaching Drama in a secondary setting

Be confident in managing behaviour and engaging diverse learners

Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to student progress
