QTS Tutor:
Job Title: QTS Tutor - GCSE Core Location: OxfordshirePay Rate: £25-£35 per hourJob Type: Temporary | Part-Time | Flexible Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and curriculum- aligned tuition in Maths and English up to GCSE level.
- Plan and deliver personalised lessons that meet individual learning needs.
- Support students with a range of abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
- Monitor progress, set achievable targets, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
- Experience teaching Maths and/or English at secondary GCSE level.
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to adapt lessons to different learners.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
Desired:
- Experience supporting students with SEN or SEMH needs.
- Background in tutoring or delivering targeted interventions.
