Aspire People is recruiting a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Headington, Oxford, starting September 2026. The role supports pupils aged 8-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a structured environment where each pupil is encouraged to reach their full potential.
You will work with teachers, therapists and support staff to tailor learning and provide emotional support throughout the school day, helping students access learning and develop key skills.
