Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Training and Assessment Specialist to manage a caseload of apprentices and employer-based learners, delivering high-quality coaching, mentoring and assessment to meet apprenticeship standards. You will collaborate with employers to plan training, monitor progress and prepare learners for final assessments.
The role requires Level 5 qualification, CAVA/AET, GCSEs and a clean driving licence, with additional IQA/CET/IOSH/First Aid qualifications desirable.
