The Rhodes Scholarship is a fully funded, full-time, postgraduate award that enables talented young people from around the world to study at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. The Rhodes Scholarships for United Arab Emirates offers two scholarships each year, in partnership with the Salama Bint Hamdan Al Nahyan Foundation.

Applicants must:

• be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates or a non-UAE citizen who has (or will have) completed an undergraduate degree at a college or university in the United Arab Emirates by June / July 2025
• meet age requirements

The Rhodes Scholarship covers Oxford University course fees, as well as providing an annual stipend. Funding duration is dependent on the length of the course, e.g., PhD funding is available for 3 years.
