Position: Academic Content and Facilitation Manager (Refugee-Led Research Hub)

About the role:

The postholder will contribute significant effort to supporting African displacement-affected scholars to access postgraduate opportunities across Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program partner universities. They will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-quality academic and skills-based courses, workshops, and other programmes that equip learners with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools required to access and succeed in postgraduate study.

    Grade 7, £39,424 - £47,779 per annum
  • The position is offered full-time and fixed-term until
    30 September 2028,with possibility of extension subject to further funding.
About you:

The successful candidate will have substantial content and/or curriculum development experience in an (I)
NGO and/or higher education setting, with excellent leadership experience and timeline management. They will also have a postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience. The postholder will have demonstrated experience designing and developing structured academic or skills-based learning programmes. They will also have proven experience facilitating workshops, seminars, or online learning sessions, with working knowledge of inclusive, learner-centred pedagogical approaches.
