HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Training Facilitator to lead training delivery across a designated group of care homes in the Midlands and North of England. You will coach a team of Training Facilitators, ensuring practice development, safety, and compassionate resident care.
This field-based role requires strong leadership, planning, and collaboration with Home Managers to meet mandatory training requirements and translate learning into daily practice.
