Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Practitioners to support a variety of nurseries, preschools, and primary schools across Oxford and the surrounding areas
.

As a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children during the most important stage of their development. Working across a range of settings, you will help create engaging, safe, and nurturing environments where children can learn, explore, and thrive.

  • Supporting children aged 0-5 years in line with the EYFS Framework
  • Planning and delivering fun, creative, and educational activities
  • Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development
  • Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observing, monitoring, and recording children's progress
  • Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently maintained

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A recognised Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • Previous experience within a nursery, preschool, or school EYFS setting
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature
  • The ability to adapt to different settings across Oxford
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
