Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Safeguarding & Inclusion Specialist for a welcoming Further Education college in the Oxford area this September. You'll work with learners, teaching staff, parents, carers and external agencies to promote safeguarding and inclusion.
You’ll manage safeguarding concerns, support wellbeing and accessibility, coordinate with safeguarding leads, maintain records, and help remove barriers to learning, ensuring every learner has a safe, inclusive educational experience.
