You will report to the Finance Manager and work as part of a team of Minibus Drivers responsible for driving the school minibuses and carrying out routine safety checks. Ideally you will live locally, but this is not essential. It is essential that you possess a full clean driving licence, excellent time management and outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to young people, parents and colleagues.
Experience of driving passenger vehicles and minibuses and D1 provision is essential. First aid training and Midas training is desirable however not essential as training will be provided. This position is term time, Mondays to Fridays and a degree of flexibility is required to meet the needs of the busy school calendar. Shifts are early (6:00 to 9:00) and afternoon (15:30 to 18:30).
Extra hours are available depending on school trip requirements.
