You'll be joining a group of specialist SEN schools that support pupils with autism, SEMH needs, communication difficulties and complex learning profiles. These schools offer structured, nurturing environments where staff work closely with therapists, teachers and behaviour specialists to help every child thrive. This is hands‑on, meaningful work where no two days are the same.

• Experience or interest in SEN
• Resilience and adaptability in fast‑paced environments
• Clear communication and teamwork with staff, pupils and families
• DBS on update service or willing to do one
