Experience working with children or young people with SEND Experience supporting pupils with Autism / ASD

Experience with ADHD, SEMH or associated behavioural needs A calm, patient and consistent approach The ability to build trusting relationships A genuine interest in helping young people become more independent The resilience and positivity required to work in a specialist setting

Experience with in a specialist school is highly desirable, but we are also keen to hear from strong mainstream TAs who have relevant SEND experience.
