We’re looking for caring, resilient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work across specialist schools in Oxfordshire

You’ll work alongside teachers and specialist staff to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to:

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Previous SEN experience – essential
  • Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
  • Patience, empathy and resilience
  • Confidence managing challenging or complex needs
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
  • A flexible and adaptable approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
