SEN Teaching Assistant - Oxford
Are you a Psychology graduate or aspiring education professional looking to gain valuable experience supporting young people with SEN?
A specialist school in Oxford is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Therapy or Teaching.
The Role as a SEN TA- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional needs.
- Help students build confidence, independence and positive learning habits.
- Support communication, emotional regulation and engagement in lessons.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe, inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships and encourage students to reach their full potential.
- Monitor progress, wellbeing and engagement throughout the school day.
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic individual.
- Someone passionate about supporting young people with SEN.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A calm, resilient and positive approach.
- Psychology, Education or related graduates are particularly encouraged to apply.

Specialist SEN School - Start Date:
ASAP - Pay: 93- 110 per day
- Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm - Contract:
Full-time
