EHCP Assistant - Oxford
Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience supporting young people with additional needs, or someone with a passion to help children in a specialist school?
A specialist school in  Oxford  is seeking a dedicated, caring and enthusiastic  EHCP Assistant  to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers.
As an EHCP Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual students' needs and EHCP outcomes.
Help students develop confidence, independence and active participation in learning.
Support students with their communication, social skills, emotional regulation and wellbeing.
Assist students in accessing the curriculum and overcoming barriers to learning.
Work alongside teachers and other professionals to provide a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
We're looking for an EHCP Assistant who is:

A confident communicator with a genuine passion for working within special educational needs.
Interested in gaining practical experience before pursuing a career in psychology, education or therapy.
