This is a part-time leadership role for an enthusiastic educator with a passion for business, entrepreneurship and innovation. The successful candidate will teach Business Studies from KS3 to GCSE level, while developing and leading a programme of Entrepreneurialism that encourages pupils to think creatively, identify opportunities, solve problems, manage risk and develop the skills required for future success.

The postholder will be responsible for the strategic leadership, management and development of Business Studies across KS3 and KS4, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and academic achievement, while embedding entrepreneurial thinking within the wider culture of the School.

The post holder will report directly to the Deputy Head Academic. This is a part-time position, working approximately a 40% contract. Working pattern to be discussed. There is the potential for the role to become full-time in the future or immediately if the successful candidate can offer other subjects.

Each child is, therefore, able to discover what they are good at, thrive and gain confidence in themselves.

We offer excellent benefits, including a competitive salary on our own salary scale with scope for progression, an outstanding working environment in our beautiful estate with easy access to transport links and being part of our vibrant and supportive community.
