Biogas Site Operator

Astute's Renewables team is partnering with the largest producer of renewable energy from food waste in England and Wales. The company own and operate a portfolio of anaerobic digestion plants. They are looking to recruit an Operative for their site near Oxford. The Site Operative plays a vital part in ensuring the site is run correctly and high standards of health & safety are maintained.

Support with the day to day running of the anaerobic digestion plant Carrying out basic first line maintenance, such as isolating and changing pumps Operating mobile plant, such as a telehandler or loading shovel Take part in the on-call rota Monitoring the pant via the SCADA Keeping the site clean and tidy Maintaining high levels of health & safety Other duties as required Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:
Telehandler/Loading Shovel/Tractor Licence or in-house training is essential Engineering qualification/certificate is desired Full UK Driving Licence Personal skills The Biogas Site Operator role would suit someone who is:
