Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Plant Operations Trainer for a highly autonomous, site-based role across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. You will train on-site plant operations, deliver practical and theory-based training, and carry out CPCS assessments while travelling to client sites.
The ideal candidate has NPORS/CPCS licences, Level 3 Plant Operations, hands-on experience, and a willingness to mentor others. A full UK driving licence is required and there is a focus on ongoing development.
