Monarch Water is seeking a Water Softener Engineer to service residential and commercial customers across the UK. You will diagnose faults, repair and maintain a range of water softeners, and deliver high levels of customer service with strong communication.
You will manage parts usage, complete service reports and quotes, and follow safety procedures while working with a supportive, high performing team and opportunities for ongoing training and progression.
