• Lead and manage sustainability projects, ensuring compliance with Part L and Part O regulations.
• Utilize IES software for building simulation and energy modeling.
• Apply DFE standards to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
• Perform SAP calculations and support the design team in achieving sustainability goals.
• Develop strategies for carbon reduction and net‑zero targets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability into all aspects of project design and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sustainability engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in IES software and energy modeling tools.
• Strong knowledge of Part L and Part O building regulations.
• Experience with DFE standards and educational building projects.
• Certified Level 5 Energy Assessor.
• Expertise in SAP calculations and energy efficiency strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement carbon reduction and net‑zero strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
