This Structural Engineer role is based in the Oxford office and offers excellent exposure to a
variety of technically interesting projects while supporting your professional growth.
- Deliver structural engineering design, calculations, reports, and specifications on a wide range of projects, from new build to refurbishment schemes
- Take a key design role on projects and represent the company with architects, clients and contractors
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure technical quality and innovation throughout the project stages
- Attend design meetings, site visits, and client presentations as required
- Apply strong technical judgement and problem‑solving to deliver coherent, buildable solutions
- Engage with the office training and mentorship framework to support ongoing development toward chartership

Join a growing structural engineering team in central Oxford, working on a diverse
range of new‑build and refurbishment projects across all sectors — from bespoke
domestic residential and heritage buildings to large, complex developments.
Take a key design role on projects, representing the company while collaborating
closely with architects, clients, and contractors.
Gain broad experience through a variety of projects in a supportive, vibrant team
environment, with excellent opportunities for career progression and skill
development under senior guidance.
- 4+ years of structural engineering experience, with strong technical skills and a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning.
- Proven ability to design in a variety of materials and structural typologies, and experience taking projects through both design and site stages.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with strong project management abilities and enthusiasm to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Chartered (or nearing chartership) with the IStruct
E or ICE, plus a keen interest in sustainability and reducing embodied carbon through creative, responsible design.
