A growing and friendly transport planning consultancy in Oxford is looking for a Graduate Transport Planner to join the team. From day one, you’ll be working on live projects that help shape new neighbourhoods, improve streets, and make developments work better for everyone.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Turning traffic data into real-world solutions

* Helping prepare Transport Assessments and Travel Plans

* Using modelling software to test junctions and road layouts

* Writing clear, professional reports (yes, your words will matter!)

* Working alongside planners, engineers, and local authorities

You’ll see projects through from early ideas to planning approval — and beyond.

What We’re Looking For

* A degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, or similar

* Strong analytical skills (you’re comfortable with numbers and Excel)

* Clear communication skills — written and verbal

* Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn

Bonus points if you’ve completed a placement or have used transport modelling software before — but it’s not essential.
