We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing renewables company based in Oxford. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys working in a client‑facing position, managing multiple projects and taking full ownership of customer relationships.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
• Oversee project schedules, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Ensure clear communication between engineering, production, and commercial teams.
• Take full ownership of customer requirements and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

• Engineering background or degree (mechanical, electrical, or similar).
• Experience in a project engineering or technical coordination role.
• Confident and professional client‑facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
  
  Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
