We are looking for a Senior DFMA Engineer to lead the design and delivery of facades of modern construction components on major projects. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of design, manufacturing and site delivery.

• Leading DFMA design from early project stages through to installation and handover
• Acting as the technical link between designers, manufacturing and site teams
• Driving coordinated, high‑quality design information into manufacture on time
• Owning DFMA execution packs, design reviews and change management
• Shaping installation strategy, logistics and programme alignment
• Influencing smarter outcomes through collaboration and digital coordination

• Ideally strong experience in DFMA, precast or facade delivery
• Confidence managing external designers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders
• A systems thinker who enjoys solving problems at scale
• Someone comfortable leading, challenging and improving ways of working
• Onsite experience would be beneficial

• You will shape how projects are designed and built, not just deliver tasks
• You will influence outcomes across cost, programme, quality and safety
• You will be trusted to operate at a senior, decision‑making level
