Lead and manage all engineering operations across the critical banking site. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, health & safety legislation, and company procedures. Manage and support a team of 8 shift engineers and 1 day engineer, including performance management, development, and training. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and emergency response activities. Maintain uptime and resilience of critical electrical infrastructure including UPS systems, generators, switch gear, LV/HV systems, and associated critical plant.

Based in London. Salary is £70,000 with a £5,100 car allowance.
