A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to support a client on a part‑time basis.

This role is initially set up as predominantly remote, making it ideal for an experienced Class 3 RBI seeking flexibility alongside a long‑term project with future progression potential. Over time, the role will transition into a hybrid arrangement with occasional site presence required in the Oxford area depending on project needs.

You will provide Building Control support across a developing portfolio of projects, working closely with the wider team whilst helping support the authority's long‑term growth plans. The council is specifically looking for candidates with Class 3 experience/qualification who are comfortable operating in a senior technical capacity.

• 2 days per week
• Initially remote‑based
• Future hybrid working arrangement in the Oxford area
• Site presence expected further down the line (approximately 1-2 days on site)
• Upwards of £70 – £80 per hour DOE
• 6‑month initial contract with long‑term potential
