Internal Sales Engineer (High-Tech Pumps and Flow Control Systems)

A new vacancy for an Internal Sales Engineer (Pumps/Flow Control) with a small UK division of a global engineering manufacturer of high‑tech pumps and flow control systems. The role works closely with the external sales team and is responsible for delivering outstanding customer support from initial enquiry, through to quotation, order processing and shipment coordination. Communication will be via phone, email and live chat, with the position primarily office‑based and offering one day of hybrid working per week.

Location:

The role is based in the Oxfordshire area or will require relocation at short notice.

• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails – verify product availability, pricing and shipping details.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external sales colleagues, including the parent company's manufacturing sites in other parts of Europe.
• Use SAP and CRM systems to manage customer and sales information.
• Provide occasional support for warehouse activities when required.

• Experience in a technical sales support role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Good basic mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge and ability to discuss technical matters with customers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and Salesforce (or a similar CRM).
