Technical Contract Manager

Overview

Technical Contract Manager – Critical Site | Oxford. We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Contract Manager to lead the delivery of engineering services on a prestigious critical site in Oxford. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven experience managing contracts within critical environments, and full responsibility for P&L, client relationships, compliance, and engineering performance.

• Lead delivery of engineering services on a critical site, ensuring safety, reliability and performance targets are met.
• Own P&L and commercial management for the contract.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for performance and compliance discussions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards and site protocols.
• Coordinate and oversee engineering performance, maintenance scheduling, and service delivery on the contract.

• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Previous experience in a Technical/Contract Manager role.
• Strong P&L and commercial management experience.
• Experience working within critical environments (Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences or similar).
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
