MRO Technician. An exciting new opportunity has arisen working in our MRO Team to perform parachute re-packs, modifications, retrofit activity, corrective action, overhaul, repair and maintenance activity on Martin-Baker products.

This position will start with parachute re-packing as its main focus, with the chance to take on a wider range of activities in time.

This role will initially be based in Denham, Buckinghamshire but is expected to move to our Chalgrove Oxfordshire site in Q1 2027.

Martin-Baker is the world’s leading manufacturer of ejection seats, helping to protect aircrew in the world’s most advanced military aircraft. Our mission is simple - to save aircrew lives.

Join us on this mission as an MRO Technician. An exciting new opportunity has arisen working in our MRO Team to perform modifications, retrofit activity, corrective action, overhaul, repair and maintenance activity on Martin-Baker products.

You’ll be carrying out scheduled maintenance on seats and components returned by customers as well as carrying out repairs and modifications on customers equipment.

This will be a fantastic role where you will be performing modifications, retrofit activity, corrective action, overhaul, repair and maintenance activity on Martin-Baker products.
