We're looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join our specialist water compliance team, delivering high-quality risk assessments across a wide range of customer environments. You will use your technical expertise to help clients manage risk, maintain compliance, and create safer buildings for the people who use them.

Role

Responsibilities
  • Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments to the highest professional and industry standards across a varied client portfolio.
  • Produce accurate reports, schematic drawings and compliance documentation using digital reporting systems.
  • Provide practical recommendations and technical guidance to support clients in reducing risk and maintaining compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery and technical expertise.
  • Conduct assessments in accordance with ACOP L8, HSG
    274, HSG
    282, BS8580-1:2019 and HTM 04-01 guidance while supporting a strong culture of safety and compliance.

City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent recognised industry qualification).

  • Proven experience conducting Legionella Risk Assessments within the water hygiene, water treatment or compliance sector.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG
    274, HSG
    282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01 guidance.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate technical reports and schematic drawings.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using digital inspection and reporting systems.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
  • A proactive and reliable individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional service.
