Civils Package Manager

Location: Oxfordshire

Key responsibilities include:

Manage ECI, advanced and main works packages, including surveys, design, enabling and construction activities.
Provide end-to-end project management against cost, programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives, with package values up to £35m.
Lead coordination between client, contractor, designer and key stakeholders across complex rail and civils interfaces.
Manage delivery within an NEC4 Target Cost Contract environment, including cost control, change, risk and forecasting.
Support PACE, governance, procurement and assurance requirements.
Manage access, possessions, logistics and construction sequencing within an operational railway environment.
Support scope development, optioneering, value engineering and delivery strategies.
Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, CDM 2015, safety, quality and performance requirements.
Manage project risks, opportunities, KPIs and project controls.
Coordinate delivery across civils, concrete/RC structures, rail, public realm and urban realm disciplines.
Work closely with Lead Portfolio Managers and wider project teams to ensure coordinated, safe and efficient delivery.

Location:

Hybrid, with 3-4 days per week site-based in Oxford, plus meetings in Swindon as required.
