Advance to associate or director level

You have built a strong senior track record in electrical design and you are ready for the seniority and influence that comes with an associate or director title.

This is an Oxford based consulting engineering practice covering electrical and wider building services design across commercial, residential and public sector projects. The practice is flexible about exactly where you land, associate or director, based on what you bring rather than a rigid box you have to fit into. Client relationships here tend to be long standing, which gives senior engineers real continuity across repeat projects.

If you have felt capped at your current firm despite doing senior level work, or worry that stepping up elsewhere would mean losing touch with the technical side of the job, this role keeps you close to the engineering while giving you real seniority. You will lead major electrical design projects, play a genuine role in business development, and mentor engineers earlier in their careers.

There is a clear path to further progression for the right person, with the flexibility to grow into the role at your own pace.

Salary is between 62,000 and 140,000, depending on level.
