Senior Electrical Engineer

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing building services team in Oxford, working across a diverse portfolio of projects from inception through to completion and handover
.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects spanning heritage and conservation, transport, education, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, public and community sectors
, while taking on increasing responsibility for projects and people.

You’ll be involved in:

• Feasibility studies
• Management of electrical services installations
• Overseeing engineers and technicians
• Mentoring and training junior team members
• Managing project workflows and milestones
• Maintaining internal Quality Assurance standards
• Supporting bids, fee proposals and project financial management as you progress

You’ll ideally have:

• 3–5+ years' experience in building services design
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
• Experience across different industry sectors
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical design software and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A full driving licence and access to your own transport
• Experience with design and modelling software
• Revit experience and knowledge
