Quantity Surveyor MEP

At Sir Robert McAlpine, we are proud to be building Britain's future heritage. We have an exciting opportunity for an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a major project in Oxford, delivering state-of-the-art laboratories and research facilities.

As part of this ambitious project, Sir Robert McAlpine will play a key role in delivering a specialist research and innovation facility, incorporating complex mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) systems alongside advanced building technologies. The project offers an opportunity to contribute to a technically challenging development where commercial awareness, accuracy and collaboration are essential to successful delivery.

We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of the MEP packages throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with the project leadership team, MEP delivery teams and supply chain partners, you will support effective cost management, contractual administration and financial control, ensuring that packages are delivered in line with project budgets and commercial objectives.
