North Oxford garage is looking for aTrainee Business Manager.

North Oxford Garage is seeking an ambitious Trainee Business Manager to join our team and develop through a structured 12-month training programme, supported by the prestigious BMW Training Academy. You’ll learn how to deliver confident, transparent finance and insurance solutions while providing an exceptional BMW customer experience. Working alongside experienced Sales and Business Managers, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of BMW Financial Services and regulated finance processes, building the foundations for a successful career in automotive management.

Salary £30000 pa + £2,000 pa OTE bonus.

• 2–3 years’ professional experience
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• A genuine long-term career mindset

Experience in regulated environments or customer-facing financial roles is an advantage.
