Financial Analyst, Financial Consultant

The Role
Working closely with Financial Planners, Administrators and fellow Paraplanners, you will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality financial planning service to an established and loyal client base.
This is a varied and technical role offering exposure to complex cases, financial planning strategies and ongoing adviser support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing client circumstances, objectives and risk profiles
- Conducting pension, investment and protection research
- Reviewing existing arrangements and suitable recommendations
- Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters
- Supporting advisers with annual reviews and client meetings
- Assisting with technical queries and case progression
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation
- Keeping up to date with regulatory and industry developments
About You
- Previous experience working within a Paraplanning role
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional, proactive and team‑oriented approach
