Interim Management Accountant

We’re partnering with an innovative, high-growth technology business to hire a Senior Management Accountant into their expanding finance team on a fixed term contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a commercially driven organisation operating at the forefront of innovation, with a strong international footprint and ambitious growth plans.

You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving improvements across systems and processes.

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts and reporting packs for senior leadership
• Support year-end and audit processes, ensuring compliance with IFRSPartner with operational teams to provide meaningful financial analysis and insights
• Analyse cost structures, profitability, and key financial trends
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Support business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario modelling
• Maintain and enhance internal financial controls and processes
• Mentor and support junior members of the finance team
• Play a key role in a major ERP system change and ongoing optimisation project
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to improve finance systems and reporting capabilities

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/BI systems
• Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

• Salary Range between £70,000 + Benefits
