• 1–2+ years’ experience in compliance, regulatory, governance, audit, risk, or analytical roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Experience with in energy or another regulated industry is advantageous.
