Grants and Finance Officer – permanent post.

This role plays a crucial part in a small, friendly grants and finance team, ensuring an effective and efficient service is provided to the department during a period of growth. The focus lies on purchasing and post‑award grant administration, with flexibility to support resiliently across various tasks to build a career in university administration. Full training will be provided.

• Lead purchasing and post‑award grant administration duties.
• Provide resilient support across the grants and finance team.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in administrative processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build positive working relationships.

• Highly skilled administrator with attention to detail.
• Experience in grant or financial roles (or both).
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Capability to build positive working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
