Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Part Time Accountant Role - Kidlington Robert Half Ltd are working with a business based in Kidlington that are looking for an experienced and hands-on Part-Time Accountant to support the day-to-day finance function. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time hours while maintaining a broad and varied finance remit.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts Maintain and update cash flow forecasts, providing insights on cash management Collate payroll and pension information for processing and ensure accurate records are maintained Support and manage R&D tax credit claims Assist with statutory reporting Lead and support finance-related projects, process improvements, and system enhancements Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business growth

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a broad accounting or finance role Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Knowledge of R&D tax credits is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Working Pattern:
